After some reading and some head-scratching, I'm proud to be able to offer:

UK GTA San Andreas Multiplayer - Dogfight Server

At the moment I'm running a San Andreas Dogfight script I'm working on. The rules are simple - two teams, the spawn points are located at all the various air bases throughout the game. Each base houses plenty of Hydra Jump Jets, Rustlers, Hunter Helecopters an assortment of other neat things. Each player starts with a Daikatana, Minigun and Desert Eagle - not that you'll be needing them. And each player comes equipped with a parachute - which you're equally unlikely to need!

There might also be one or two other piece of other interesting military hardware dotted around. In the future, I hope to have team scores, and to include air races or missions, though as I'm a relative Noob to editing these scripts it may take a bit of time before this is live. Try it, and I hope you'll agree that dogfights in Hydra jump jets has to be one of the more hi-octane aspects of San Andreas. The possibility of mid-air collisions just fuel the adrenaline!
